I understand that failure to pay for completed work may result in fines or legal action.

I understand that I may not hire any Modern Technology Services technician outside the company for any job, even if unrelated to the services the company offers. This may cause loss of employment for the technician.

I understand that while Modern Technology Services warranties labor and all hardware purchased through the company, Modern Technology Services does not offer any warranty on customer-provided equipment or software changes made by third-party companies.
